WELCOME! Your first visit to our office will include a complete oral examination, and we’ll ask that you complete a few general information forms before your appointment. For your convenience, these forms will be sent to you as a secure link via text message prior to your visit, helping to make your check-in quick and easy when you arrive.
We will take any necessary x-rays and perform other tests that may be needed to make a complete diagnosis of the condition of your mouth, teeth and gums. We will then be able to determine the treatment that may be required.
